He admitted he had a complete meltdown

Things are better today

The first retirement party was tonight. He did great for the first hour, but tired quickly

I'm sure it's the stress of leaving.

Just so sad. Watching him, I want to cry, I hurt so much for him.

Time will heal. We will move on.

This next week is going to be the hardest..
