CPAP ideas?

Hubby said that he has to take it off in the middle of the night because his mouth gets so dry he can't swallow. Anyone have experience with a cpap or suggestions? I suggested that he call his provider and see if it needs an adjustment. He seems to think it's just him.

I'll get a great night's sleep as I'm in the guest bedroom tonight. :o) Every now and then you just have to sleep alone and get caught up on rest.

Sleepless nights

Well, day 2 of the new year, night 2 of no sleep. Hubby is refusing to wear his cpap and has to be at least 80 decibels. I'm in the living room on the sofa, he is upstairs with the door shut and I can hear him loud and clear. And he was flopping again, RLS. Don't know what I'm going to do short of moving into the guest bedroom. I can't manage on no sleep, that's for sure!

Peace and harmony

Another week with no incidents. It's been so grande! A very stress free holiday for both of us. I have a cold, he just got over one, so we're taking lots of meds and getting in lots of naps. Feels great! His parents have called a few times, trying to guilt him/us into coming down, but he continues to hold firm that we are here this year. I'm just so grateful!

Quiet new years eve as we ordered pizza in and are watching TV tonight.

Hope the next month is as peaceful as the last couple of weeks have been! I think we start another round of doctor's visits about the 15th.
