Memory problems

We have a PO box that has a different zip code from our street address.  He was quoting the PO box and gave the street zip.  I reminded him there was a difference and he said, " no, they are the same"

When I repeated each zip code to him, he claimed he did not know they were different.

When we moved in, I gave him both addresses in writing.

Fortunately it's a small enough town that things get delivered.

Until yesterday when he learned that the gas company has not been delivering any bills to us.

Well, I know whenever a diabetic gets low it kills brain cells... so I'm sure that doesn't help. But it sounds like something my dad would do and he's not a diabetic, lol.

I just wanted to post to you that I only today found your blog, after several years of trying to find SOMETHING around exactly around what you, and I, have been experiencing. I subscribed and will be coming to your blog for validation regularly :) Thank you for having this online, it's helping me already.

Are there any books on "our" subject that you could recommend? I have had a heck of a time trying to find anything.

Also wanted to mention tonight? In the past, husband has said he will disconnect our garage door chain so someone can't get it...but since then it is always connected and I am the one that takes it off.

Also, we have a side door off the garage that has a deadbolt and padlock. Just went out there to do a load of laundry and found it unlocked and open. 1:30 am. Locked it up.

Husband tells me how he has it handled, and I find that, correct it; 3 yrs ago he had supposedly checked my car brakes, all is good...took a trip south from Seattle to Oregon Coast and on the way back experienced alot of squeaks and squishes...come to find upon return brakes were less than 10%.

Have tried to imagine I'm the crazy one for so long, and I'm still of course not perfect, but he is truly the crazy one, and not protecting his wife or daughter.

Carolyn, no books, that's why I started to blog. I think any woman wh has lived this life us too exhausted t write about it, or wants to get as far away from it as she can nice her spouse is gone. Otherwise there should be plenty written n this topic!!!
