I understand exactly what you are saying and my hubby says the exact thing, no 911, no er, etc. After the week we have just had (he is still in hospital, I have made a decision ... I will call 911 if I feel it to be needed. With all the health issues that my hubby has, I cannot possibly keep guessing what to do. I should of had him at the hospital a week before he went in and guess what, the final outcome was hospitalization, which turned out to be the right answer.

My love and prayers go out to all my sisters dealing with our wonderful hubby's!!!!!!!!!!!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10402230689843619132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24545697.post-25619317802054415282011-03-11T18:25:03.726-08:002011-03-11T18:25:03.726-08:00No, he didn't get up too fast. Absolutely no reason for it to shoot that high. So something is going on. Just no idea what.....yet.

DW - going to bed very early tonight!Diabeteswifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12766498325089988838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24545697.post-91535953598587548662011-03-11T15:24:06.647-08:002011-03-11T15:24:06.647-08:00This had to be so scary for you! And what DO you ...This had to be so scary for you! And what DO you do if he passes out? Is there a possibility he just got up from a sitting/lying position before this happened? I know that quite often my hubby gets very light headed because his blood pressure drops when he gets out, and he has had more than one fall (although not usually as bad as what you described) because of it.

I have also been told "don't take me to the hospital" on more than one occasion. The last time was about 3 Christmases ago, when I think it is quite possible that he had a mild heart attack. He was NOT about to go anywhere! And part of me really understood that, as hospital stays have been so horrible for him. Hang in there; I KNOW this is not easy!Lillyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00850646712565307929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24545697.post-72379959434943202842011-03-11T15:08:11.491-08:002011-03-11T15:08:11.491-08:00Oh my Lord...the oppressive dependency is enough t...Oh my Lord...the oppressive dependency is enough to GIVE you a heart attack...sucks to be him...sucks to be you...HUGS and LOVE...patience is a virtue...blogging is a MUST...keep writing...we're here.Lynn Barryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04837350761151318478noreply@blogger.com
