I went through a similar s...(((HUGS))) for you DW. I went through a similar situation with my non-compliant dh two years ago. I finally had enough of him having a ER episode everytime I needed to do something for myself. (I am going back to school to get a better education in order to be more employable in the near future.) I was taking him to the ER at least twice a week and it was wearing me down. He would have to go to the ER when I had a exam the next day. I sat him down and in no uncertain terms told him that I needed to prepare myself for MY future because he would die before me. This behavior definitely has a pattern to it.
