After all, you have to be healthy to deal with ongoing issues for both of you. <br /><br />I finally made the decision this past year to prepare only food that I knew was good for BOTH of us, at least 90% of the time. Lots of emphasis on veggies and fruits. The result? I lost 15 pounds, and am in a smaller size than I've been in years. Feels absolutely wonderful. Even had to go buy some new clothes. However, my husband's knee-jerk reaction was to buy even more junk than usual. It was almost like he went into panic-mode. I have had to make the decision that I do NOT have to get into the crap that he buys (which I used to do), but neither can I control what he thinks he needs to have in the house. But . . .
